
Brakes Plus is a Family Owned and Operated business that, over the past 20 years, has grown from 1 to 55 locations. Their expansion and growth is a result of providing the customer with value, quality products and a positive experience every visit. Brakes Plus has expanded to 35 store locations up and down the Colorado Front Range, 1 in Cheyenne, 12 throughout Phoenix, 6 in the Dallas market – and 2 new locations opening this summer (Grand Junction, CO and McKinney, TX) – that can only be done by hiring quality professionals, accommodating the customer and supplying every store with the best and most updated equipment.

Larry Pisciotta founded Brakes Plus in 1990 with the business philosophy that customers want honest, quality service at a fair price. Brakes Plus displays their pricing, provides a free estimate before any work is done and also provides free shuttle service and free wireless internet for the customer’s convenience.
Larry and his 3 sons, Dean, Mark and RJ, all figure importantly in the day-to-day operations at Brakes Plus. Larry is active in the Marketing Department and oversees major Advertising decisions.

He also plays a key role in site selection and expansion for Brakes Plus. Dean Pisciotta oversees employee benefits, accounting and finance, capital expenditures and new store construction and development. Mark Pisciotta handles all of the personnel training and staffing for each store. He is also is actively involved with all marketing and advertising efforts. RJ Pisciotta works as a liaison between the Sales Department, Customer Service Department, and the Operation Department. He oversees Inventory and Pricing, Equipment and Facilities and Information Technology. In addition, they are all active members in the community via city chambers, the Better Business Bureau, and through involvement in community projects and charities, including the Gold Crown Foundation, which works with kids to provide opportunities through sports and enrichment programs. Larry has been a Rotarian for more than 35 years and is a member of the Aurora Community College Foundation. Brakes Plus is not just “family owned and operated”…it is a company that has a “one big family” feel. Brakes Plus currently employs over 400 people – most of those employees have been with the company for 5-10+ years. Brakes Plus’ commitment to their facilities and their employees shows in the stores and in the customer experience.
